## Retrieve Newegg Seller ID, API Key and Secret Key
To retrieve the Newegg Seller ID, API Key and Secret Key, follow these steps:
1. **Access Newegg Data Feed Settings:**
* Open the [Newegg Data Feed Settings](https://sellerportal.newegg.com/v3/module/account/datafeed-settings) page in a new tab.
* Sign in if prompted.
* Navigate to the **"API Settings"** tab in the top menu.
2. **Update Contact Information (if needed):**
* If you haven't already, fill in the **“Full Contact Name”** and **“Email Address”** fields.
* Click **“SAVE”** if you make any changes.
3. **Enable API Access:**
* Ensure that the **“Enable/Disable API Access”** slider is enabled (should appear orange with the knob on the right).
* If the slider is grey, click on it to enable API access, then hit **“OK”** in the pop-up that appears.
4. Retrieve Your Seller ID, API Key and Secret Key
* If you require a unique Secret Key specifically for Juble.io, contact Newegg support at ****. Request them to send your unique Juble.io API credentials.
* Once you receive the email, copy your unique Secret Key.
* Alternatively, you can use the **Default Secret Key** from Data Feed Settings if you prefer not to wait.
## Create a new Newegg account
To create a new Newegg account, follow the steps below:
1. Sign in to your Juble.io account using your credentials.
2. In the main menu, go to the "Channels" section.
3. Enter the required information, including the name of the account, Newegg Seller Id, Newegg API Key, Newegg Secret Key, and Newegg Market (Newegg, Newegg Business, Newegg Canada).
4. Copy your Unique Email Address, as it will be needed in the next section.
5. Verify the connection and Save the information
## Add Your Unique Email Address to Newegg
To add your unique email address to Newegg, please follow these steps:
1. Navigate to the Newegg seller portal and log in to your account.
2. Go to the [Account Settings](https://sellerportal.newegg.com/account/accountsettings) page.
3. Within the Account Settings, locate the **Notification Options** tab. Click the **"EDIT"** button found in the upper right corner of the Notification Options section.
4. Scroll down to the **Message Notifications** section at the bottom of the page.
5. Paste your unique Juble.io email address into the **Email** field.
6. After entering your email address, click the **"SAVE"** button to apply the changes. A confirmation message will pop up. Click **"OK"** to proceed.
7. Please note that it may take up to 30 minutes for Newegg to process your changes and begin sending messages through Juble.io. During this period, continue to monitor your Newegg messages through the standard platform to ensure nothing is missed.
