The Newegg integration provides advanced settings for customizing your message handling preferences.

**Notifications**

* **New Order:** Enable or disable notifications for new orders received from Newegg.
* **Cancel Order:** Enable or disable notifications for canceled orders from Newegg.
* **Return/Refund/Replacement:** Enable or disable notifications for return, refund, or replacement requests from Newegg.
* **New SBN Order:** Enable or disable notifications for new SBN (Ship By Newegg) orders from Newegg.

**Custom Signature**

* **Custom Signature:** Add a custom signature to be appended to every message sent from your helpdesk account to Newegg. Use this to include your name, contact information, or any other relevant details.
