Notifications

• New Order: Enable or disable notifications for new orders received from Newegg.

• Cancel Order: Enable or disable notifications for canceled orders from Newegg.

• Return/Refund/Replacement: Enable or disable notifications for return, refund, or replacement requests from Newegg.

• New SBN Order: Enable or disable notifications for new SBN (Ship By Newegg) orders from Newegg.

Custom Signature

• Custom Signature: Add a custom signature to be appended to every message sent from your helpdesk account to Newegg. Use this to include your name, contact information, or any other relevant details.
