Zendesk OAuth Upgrade
Zendesk is transitioning to a new OAuth refresh token flow. To ensure uninterrupted service, all Juble.io users must reconnect their Zendesk accounts before September 30, 2025.

What is changing?
Old behavior: OAuth access tokens issued by Zendesk did not expire by default.
New behavior: Zendesk now enforces short-lived access tokens that expire and must be refreshed using a refresh token.
Impact on Juble.io: Existing connections using permanent tokens will stop working after the deadline.
How to fix the issue
If your integration is affected, you will see an error message like this in Juble.io:

To resolve this, simply:
Log in to Juble.io Helpdesk.
On the top right corner, click Reconnect.
Enter your Zendesk subdomain and sign in.
Done ✅ — your account will now use the new refresh token flow.
Once reconnected, the error message will disappear automatically.
