Juble.io bills per customer message imported from your marketplaces.

What counts

• 1 incoming message = 1 message counted. Each message sent by a customer on a marketplace and imported into your helpdesk counts toward your usage.

What doesn’t count

• Outgoing messages. Replies you send from your helpdesk back to the marketplace are never counted.
• Duplicates. A message is only ever imported once. If the same message is received again (for example after a retry), it is not counted twice.
