Authorize Juble.io Access to your Amazon Seller account

  1. Log in to Your Juble.io Account: Start by logging in to your Juble.io account using your credentials.

  2. Navigate to Channels: Once you're logged in, navigate to the "Channels" option in the menu.

  3. Click on "Add Channel": In the "Channels" section, click on the "Add Channel" button to initiate the process of connecting a new integration.

  4. Select Amazon: Among the available integration options, choose "Amazon" to proceed with linking your Amazon Seller account.

  1. Select Your Marketplace: You will be prompted to select the specific Amazon marketplace you wish to connect to. Choose the relevant marketplace from the dropdown list.

  2. Authorize Access: After selecting the marketplace, click on the "Authorize" button. This will redirect you to Amazon Seller Central where you will be asked to confirm and authorize Juble.io’s access to your account.

  1. Confirmation: Once authorization is complete, you'll be redirected back to Juble.io. Your Amazon Seller account will now be integrated with Juble.io, and you can start managing your channels effectively.

Finalize Your Amazon Integration

  1. Provide a Friendly Name: This name will help you easily identify the specific integration within your Juble.io account, especially if you have multiple channels connected.

  2. Copy Your Unique Email Address: This email address is crucial for ensuring that communications from Amazon are correctly routed through Juble.io.

  3. Save and Confirm: click on the "Create" button to finalize the integration process.

Add Your Unique Email Address to Amazon

To ensure that communications from Amazon are correctly routed through Juble.io, you'll need to add the unique email address provided during the integration setup to your Amazon Seller Central account. Follow these steps to complete the process:

Step 1: Log in to Amazon Seller Central

Step 2: Navigate to the Notification Preferences

  • Settings Menu: Once logged in, navigate to the "Settings" menu located at the top right corner of your screen.

  • Notification Preferences: In the drop-down menu, select "Notification Preferences." This will take you to a page where you can manage various notifications and the associated email addresses.

Step 3: Update the Email Address

  • Messaging: Scroll down to the section labeled "Messaging"

  • Email : In the "Email" field, paste the unique email address that you copied from Juble.io during the integration setup.

    • Important: This email address should be the one provided by Juble.io, as it is specifically configured to route your Amazon communications through the Juble.io platform.

Step 4: Save Your Changes

  • Save: After entering the unique email address, scroll down and click the "Save" button at the bottom of the page to confirm your changes.

Step 5: Confirm and Test

  • Confirmation: You may receive a confirmation message from Amazon indicating that your notification preferences have been successfully updated.

Congratulations! Your account is now setup and will receive new tickets soon!
