Prerequisites

You need an active Juble.io account:

Ensure that you have successfully linked your Zendesk account with your Juble.io profile. If you haven't done this, you can follow the steps provided in our documentation to link your Zendesk account.

Map Custom Fields

To map custom fields for your application, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Helpdesk Menu: Start by logging into your Juble.io account. Once logged in, navigate to the "Helpdesk" menu.

  2. Access Custom Fields: In the Helpdesk menu, you'll find a section for "Custom Fields." Click on it to access the custom field mapping options.

  3. Mapping Mappable Data: In this section, you'll find a list of mappable data fields that you can link to your custom fields in Zendesk. The currently mappable data includes:

    • Order Id: This field represents the unique identifier for the order in your Mirakl marketplace. By mapping it, you can easily track and reference specific orders within Zendesk.

    • Order SKU: The Order SKU, or Stock Keeping Unit, is a unique code or identifier for each product in the order. Mapping it ensures you can easily identify and manage specific products.

    • Order Item Title: This field holds the title or name of the items in the order. Mapping it helps you access product information for support interactions.

    • Order Status: The order status provides information about the current state of an order, such as "In Progress" or "Shipped." Mapping this field ensures that you can address order status-related inquiries accurately.

    • Order Total: The order total is the sum of costs associated with an order, including items, taxes, and shipping fees. Mapping this field helps you access this financial data within your Zendesk support interactions.

    • Customer Full name: This field contains the full name of the customer who placed the order. Mapping it allows you to address customers by their full names in your support responses.

    • Customer First name: This is the first name of the customer. Mapping it enables a more personalized approach when interacting with customers in your support tickets.

    • Customer Last name: The customer's last name is an essential part of their identity. By mapping it, you can address customers by their last names in your support interactions.

    • Customer Email: The customer's email address is crucial for communication. Mapping this field allows you to reply to customers and send updates to their provided email addresses.

    • Customer Phone: This field contains the customer's phone number. By mapping it, you can access contact information for customer support inquiries or order updates.

    • Shipping Address: This field contains the complete shipping address for the order, including name, street, city, state, postal code, and country. Mapping it enables precise shipping information in your support interactions.

    • Shipping Address: This field contains the complete shipping address for the order, including name, street, city, state, postal code, and country. Mapping it enables precise shipping information in your support interactions.

    • Shipping Address Name: The name associated with the shipping address. Mapping it ensures that you have the recipient's name for shipping-related support.

    • Shipping Address Line 1: The first line of the shipping address. By mapping it, you can access the primary address details for orders.

    • Shipping Address Line 2: The second line of the shipping address. Mapping it allows for more detailed shipping address information.

    • Shipping Address City: The city in the shipping address. By mapping it, you can provide accurate city information for shipping-related inquiries.

    • Shipping Address State: The state in the shipping address. Mapping it enables accurate state information for shipping-related inquiries.

    • Shipping Address Postal Code: The postal code in the shipping address. By mapping it, you can provide precise postal code details for shipping inquiries.

    • Shipping Address Country: The country in the shipping address. Mapping it ensures you have the correct country information for shipping support.

    • Shipping Carrier: This field identifies the shipping carrier or method used for the order's delivery. Mapping it helps you provide accurate information regarding shipping.

    • Tracking Number: The tracking number is a unique identifier for tracking the shipment. Mapping it allows you to assist customers with tracking their orders effectively.

  4. Map Custom Fields: To map these data fields to your custom fields in Zendesk, select the corresponding Zendesk custom field from the dropdown options provided for each data field. Make sure that the Zendesk custom fields you're mapping to are of type "Text."

  5. Create Zendesk Custom Fields: Ensure that you have already created the necessary custom fields in your Zendesk account before coming to this mapping UI. The available custom fields are retrieved directly from your Zendesk account.

  6. Save Your Mapping: After mapping the data fields to your custom fields and ensuring that you're satisfied with the configuration, click the "Save" button to save your mapping settings.
