Good to know: You can add multiple accounts if you happen to have a partnership with several Octopia vendors
To enable the seamless integration of Octopia, it's crucial to grant authorization for Juble.io to access your Octopia account. Follow these steps to authorize access:
Grant Access via Octopia API Credentials:
Visit the Octopia API Credentials page: https://developer.octopia-io.net/api-credentials/#linkAgregClientToSeller
Enter the client ID "Juble.io" in the designated field.
Click the button labeled "Confirm my agregator clientId".
Click the button labeled "Proceed with seller authentication".
Octopia Seller Login:
You will be redirected to a secure Octopia login page.
Enter your Octopia username and password in the respective fields.
Confirm Connection:
Once you've entered your login credentials, click the button to confirm the connection between Juble.io and your Octopia account.
By completing these steps, you've successfully authorized Juble.io to access your Octopia account. This authorization is essential for Juble.io to retrieve customer messages and order details, providing you with a unified platform for managing customer support.
To create a new Octopia account, follow the steps below:
Sign in to your Zendesk Support account
Go to your Zendesk Admin Center and click on the Channel apps menu.
Select your Octopia integration installed.
Click on Add account
5. Enter the desired information regarding, the name of the account, the Octopia Seller Id and the Sales Channel
6. Verify the connection and Save the information
Congratulations! Your account is now setup and will receive new tickets soon!
