Additional Amazon Notifications

This section guides you through configuring Amazon notification forwarding to your helpdesk system, streamlining communication and managing customer interactions.

Setting Up Order Notification Forwarding

  • In your Amazon Seller Central account, navigate to Settings > Notification Preferences.

  • Under Order Notifications, click Edit.

  • Select the specific order notification types you wish to forward by checking the corresponding boxes. Options include Order Received, Order Update, Shipment Confirmed, etc.

  • Enter the specific email address provided by Juble.io during integration.

  • Click Save.

2. Forwarding Additional Amazon Notifications (Optional):

Beyond order notifications, you can also forward other relevant communications to your helpdesk. These include:

  • Return and Claim Notifications

  • Listing Notifications

  • Reports

  • Make an Offer Notifications

  • Amazon Selling Coach Notifications

  • Account Notifications

  • Messaging (including one-way notifications like Confirmation Notifications)

Utilize the same process outlined for order notifications to configure forwarding for each of these categories.
